Worst service ever received

<p>I joined Openweb today. They were very quick to give me my details, but as soon as I used their details on my rooter the internet service was horrible. A ping of 200 ms! When I try to download content I manage to get a maximum speed of 30kb/s. This is on their premium uncapped home package! Then I started phoning and mailing them. No one was ever available to take my call. Twice I spoke to someone in the overflow pool who could not offer any help, just promises that I would be getting a call back. This never happened and I also got no support appart from the lady telling me to call Telkom. I tested my line with Telkom and there were no problems. I got a trial account at Axxesx and everything was great. 39 pimg and 800kb/s doenload speed. When I tried to cancel the service on their website I got a message saying that if I do not get a message by mail in one hour, I need to re do everything and send it via fax, so it seems to cancel will be just as frustrating. So I tried them for one day and it seems I will be locked into their contract for at least a month or two if I am lucky. Pathetic! </p>
