Worst service ever from Openweb!!!

My wifi is currently off for 5 days now. My wife have a business running from home and therefore had a great loss in business due to the network that is not working. I have reported this numerous times to Openweb with no assistance to fix it. A technician even talked to me on Friday and said he will come back to me, but that never happened! This is the worst service that I have ever experienced from a service provider. I will not recommend anyone to sign up with Openweb. Exteremely frustrated. I will cancel my account with them this coming Monday.
