Worst Service EVER

I joined OpenWeb on the 1st of December 2015 after reading about them on news24. After 22 days of trouble I had had enough and cancelled my service. I asked them not to bill me again, their cut off date is the 27th of December. Low and behold I get charged on the 31st of December! They won't respond to my calls, emails and they have blocked me in chat on facebook. Although I have taken steps to remedy their lack attitude via twitter and other platforms, they won't reply and confirm the cancellation of my service! Not to mention one can never get a managers' number when calling, tech support is ALWAYS busy and no matter how many messages I leave NOBODY calls us back. PEOPLE BEWARE.
