Worst Service Ever

Greetings

I have signed up at open web for more than a year. I have never used their service but still get charged R308.00 Monthly.

I have called only go through to leave a voice mail where no one gets back to me. i have emailed them with no response.

I want to cancel my service immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
