WORST SERVICE AND ATTITUDE EVER

They all have a bad attitude when you phone. We have been trying to cancel the account since the beginning of January and when you tell the call centre that they either say they know nothing or they hang up the phone. Eventually got a number for Legal? And the guy said no hes not legal he's the co-founder, he said he would get right on it... That was over a week ago and still nothing. No contact other than to say please contact the legal department. Ridiculous .. and they still taking the money!!
