Worst ISP OpenWeb

Openweb has the worst customer services ever. Their responses to a query take can take up to 5 days before you get a response. When they do respond their answer is not related to your enquiry. They just terminated my services payment was made yet they refuse to connect the service back and said I should not do an EFT as I need to do a new contract for April. This after they took nearly 3 weeks to respond.
