Worst ISP in South Africa

Openweb is hands down the worst ISP in South Africa. Their Customer service is non existent, the rudeness when it comes to customer service is beyond pathetic and they debit accounts after cancellations have been requested. They do not have a call centre after hours and can only be reached on email which makes it impossible to get support when your Internet is down. They will not reply to this, which comes as no surprise. Stay far far far away.
