Worst ISP in SA

Worst ISP in SA. "Shaping" my 20Mbps uncapped fibre connection down to 0,60Mbps. Yes, less than 1Mbps!! Then tells me I should have read the T'c & C's! Asked to cancel so I can move to another ISP and now they are forcing me to stay with them for another full calendar month, which means another 6 weeks of really bad service and at less than 1Mbps, basically no internet connection. They start shaping after about the first week of the month and then you are *****ed... My usage has never been excessive, so what exactly am I being throttled/ shaped for??
