WORST ISP IN AFRICA

The worst ISP I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot. Internet speed was terrible so they changed me to another account, fine for a while then same thing. They kept telling me its my line or my router but I put in the details of another ISP and it is lightning fast. They must have given me 10 different accounts before I had enough. I say I want to cancel so Zelda tells me I have to give a months notice this was on the 22 April 2015. So I say she must take this as my Notice. No I have to email cancellations. So I do but don't hear back. So after 2 weeks I email her again and oh they didnt receive any email to cancellations even though I checked with my email sending service and they say it definatley left their servers. So I send another one and cc her into it. What a surprise I still hear nothing. This time I contact them before the end of May and say whats happening. All of a sudden they got my mail but the acknowledgement is that days date but I sent the cancellation 2 weeks before. Then I get told I have a months notice period again. And they debited me again. DO NOT USE THIS ISP,THEY ARE USELESS FROM SPEED TO ADMIN.
