Worst ISP ever

Open web is the worst ISP ever, They are not returning people email, they are not providing any customer care, I send them a mail 6 days ago,until now I have not received any feedback from them what so ever. My connection is so bad I can't even do my internet banking, or browse facebook, or check my gmail account. I need to make use of my 3G vodacom connection to access the web<br> <br>
