Worst ISP by far

This service is a ****. I am writing to warn others of this "service". I pay for a 20mps line and consistently get speeds that are a third of that. Recently, the line speed has dropped to 3.5mps and has been there for 2 days. They provided me with the very cheapest router for my R3000 set up fee, (router is under R300 on Takealot), it arrived via Takealot too. The line cuts out whenever it rains. When I call or write to them about this, they just don't reply. Not once; not an inquiry...nothing. I will be switching services as soon as possible. DO NOT support this company. They do not care about their customers.
