Worst ADSL Uncapped Service in SA

OpenWeb sell a home uncapped ADSL service, they say during peak hours it is a shaped service, which is normal, but in reality they actually cut your service during the day. I have a 4MBs ADSL line and account. When doing a speed test on this at 10:20, I got a ookla test result of 0.02MBs downloading speed. This is the equivalent of 0.5 % of line speed, which means i couldnt even browse. You can contact their technical centre who then reset your account, but this only lasts for about 30 min then you get cut again. They should actually put on their website that the home ADSL account is a service between 18:00 and 08:00 only. Outside of this you get no service.
