Whats going on Openweb?

Maybe I signed up at a bad time, but the service has not been as good as it used to be. I bought from them about 6 months ago, and they were fast and very helpful, but this time around they just seem rushed and a little bit impersonal. They do a really good job delivering, but I wish that they were more personable after the fact.

The only staff member to be really warm and welcoming was Johan E. so thank you to him if he sees this. I will definitely give 5 stars if this changes come next month.
