Very bad service

Hey everyone I am a customer of openweb for 5 months now and the last 2 months I do not have internet or giving problems the whole time so now I want to cancel the service now they send me a form to fill in and send it back via email well I did that for maybe 10-15 times o called them and asked them to cancel the service but no there's always a problem with the computers so now I have come here to tell everyone not to apply to openweb
