Useless Service Provider

OpenWeb is the most useless internet service provider company we have ever encountered.

This company lists support telephone numbers on their website that nobody answers - for days - when dialed, and when the company representatives’ (eventually) respond to emails about poor service delivery, we get defensive, nonsensical "b-s" responses.

My wife and I were serviced and connected by another provider in less 6 hours from request. This is after were struggling for days and we gave up on OpenWeb. With the other company we experienced no connection issues, no stories, no nonsense.

Frankly, based on our and other people’s experiences, OpenWeb *do not deserve to be in business* as an internet service provider company.

This company is utterly useless.
