Useless internet

I have been with Open Web now for probably over a year and the last few months the Internet connection was just useless. I change my package option o the capped package so that my line wouldnt be shaped. From the beginning I saw absolutely NO improvement!! It takes forever to just open my emails??!! I'm really thinking of canging service providers. I can't pay R350 pm for this useless service!!!
