Useless Customer Service

After jumping through all of there hoops, my attempt to cancel my contract with Openweb vis Zelda Coetzee has been futile. I am still being billed. The fact that you can not speak to a person on the other side of the phone and the CEO Keoma Wright ignores all emails to *** speaks volumes about how valued the customer is. STAY AWAY - in this case Cheaper is most definitely not better! Google "Complaints" "Openweb" make up your own mind!
