Unusable service

My Openweb internet service only works intermittently to the point of being unusable.<br> <br> Many times, especially early and mid morning but also weekends, my dropbox would not connect, secure browsing (eg banking) would not connect, Whatsapp did not download photographs, emails would not send.<br> <br> I sent dozens of screenshots. The most upsetting thing is they either don't know the problems or won't reveal.<br> <br> Whilst testing the issues, I disconnected, and only logged onto the account they gave me at 7.30am and it immediately gave intermittent problems, and my usage was light, so the problem could not be ascribed to my own previous or current usage.<br> <br> I eventually cancelled in frustration. They demanded one months notice but immediately reduced my service levels even further.
