Unhappy with the service of the customer service team.

I have a new sim card from Telkom and OpenWeb technical team are not answering my what's apps and emails they unprofessional and do not prioritize the seriousness of the request and don't even care if your happy as log as you pay and not getting joy on thier service and the names Zelda Coetzee and Dane Samuel, also the network is not stable half the time we are not having coverage and the same expirence applies.
