Unhappy - Billed Even Though Never Used Service Never Received Account Invoices

Was not aware they were billing me, never ever received an invoice until one year later they were demanding payment for the full 12 months, I never even used the service and was not sure whether I completed the sign-up process. They never once sent an invoice or told me I hadn't paid the account I thought it was canceled.
