Unconcerned attitude

My data usage has been used up and I have tried telling the agent I do not download stuff where did my data go to they are un interested they just keep saying you used it all up....no further assistance. Because of this I have cancelled the contract and still no feedback from open web. Don't care attitude. Something is fishy with this company
