Unable to cancel service

<p>I have tried to cancel my service with Openweb. The user interface on line does not allow me to cancel my account and I received no responses to my e-mails. <br /><br />Urgently please cancel my service. with immediate effect?</p> <p>OW Number : OW31551</p>
