Two days of frustration

I am baffled at all the good reviews, I had the worst experience with OpenWeb recently. I was trying to sign up for internet service with them, but they just kept ignoring me and refusing to help me. They kept sending me copy and paste replies when I kept begging them to sign me up for their service. They clearly have no interest in actually helping people. I tried for *two* days to sign up! I eventually gave up out of sheer frustration. There are plenty of other ISPs who are happy to help, but not OpenWeb.
