Try communicate with a virtual nobody!!

<p>I have been an OpenWeb client for some time. Pathetic support, even worse / non-existent contact with accounts dept!!! WORST ISP IN SOUTH AFRICA!!! :-(</p> <p>Any problem - from THEIR side - they simply cut my connection. No apology. No reason. No courtesy phone call, SMS or email.</p> <p>Try and contact them? Ha!! They do NOT offer person to person communications! What are they scared of???</p>
