TRUST THE REVIEWS!

All those negative things people say here, it's even worse than that. I purchase a router and a sim deal with once off data. No contract, they said on the web. When I enquired because there has never been any form of communication after I paid them, I'm told that I must accept a debit order mandate. The **** for?? I just paid over R1500 for a router and once off data, no contract! They telling me that it's a month to month contract, 100 GB for R1500 monthly? When I asked for a refund, because they only reply whenever they feel like it, they tell me I must email them. Then they disappear, no email address shared. So I just sent the refund request to all their emails. Don't be fooled by that one positive review like I was, could be one of em for all we know. They don't even deserve this one star, that's how bad their service is. Unfortunately I can't give my review without rating them. Even here, they manage to rob us still. 🚮
