Canceled a month in advance through their online form, they knew nothing about it for some reason and decided not to contact me but send my account to Credit Intel (The worst most annoying credit collecting company in the entire of SA), be warned they will list you without telling you even after you have spoken to them. They better keep great server logs because my IP will 100 be there and the access log will show that i submitted a form on the day I claimed I did, good thing web development is my business and I have proof of everything, so keep letting Credit Intel harass me, this looks great on your customer support!
