They will lie to get you signed and then not let you go!

<p>I signed with them and got a "special" package. Except the feed was so ridiculously slow that there really wasn't any point even TRYING to do anything with it. When I queried it, I was told it's "shaped" during peak hours - ie when normal people are actually awake. So I upgraded my line. Except there was almost NO difference in the line quality! You have to buffer for 10 minutes to watch 2 minutes. Tried to cancel on the 3rd day of the month, but I'm stuck with this **** for TWO months because they demand a whole calendar month's notice. THIS is how they make their money! They lie to get you signed, and then they have you for two months and you sit with their *** product. If something looks too good to be true, it usually is! And this is the case with these lying *******.</p>
