They redeemed themselves really well.

I ordered a Sim and it was defunct. I received weird text messages from Telkom before it just stopped working. I contacted them and they were very compliant and understanding of the issue. They expedited me a brand new one, and on the next day, I received it! I think they are based in Durban if that makes any difference.

I was pretty upset about the first being broken, but in the end, I guess these things happen. The company was more than helpful, and I would not think twice before ordering from them again since my sister ordered an MTN plan and it came without a hitch, so my situation was prob isolated.
