They are great if you know what you are getting yourself into! Do not let the emotional reviews fool you.

I saw mention of their T&C's so I looked into it myself, and I see what they meant. The reason so many people are butthurt about them is because they are too dumb to know what they are really buying, so they end up payin for something they cannot use for however many months.

I work at Incredible Connection, so I see this type of thing all the time with products such as computers and modems, but we allow returns (thank god). OW's problem really is that they are serving some grade-a dolts, so I will give them 5.

I have not had a single problem with them (yet), and my lines are working fine. They slow down in the evening at peak times which sucks, but I know that is Telkom to blame.
