They actually called back!

Got a callback from Openweb and was assisted by Xolani, A good gent I didn't feel like it was an official call, he was more than willing to assist and gave me the best news about a premium on one plan or another. I am happy to say his service was excellent, and he was able to assist me. I am just surprised because employees rarely call me back after guaranteeing that they will shortly -- openweb is different!
