the customer service is better than you'd think

I have never written a review for a company, but I have got to say that I have been blown away w/ the customer service. It had never mattered to me given that the product I buy is good and works well, but I was welcomed and helped very well.

I think that when it comes to how ur experience is, it depends on which LTE specialist you get because I have been on and off with these guys for a few years, and they have been either consistently really good or at times absent. I think things get busy, but I am chill about it. Good job guys!
