The best service from any ISP I have been with!

This review is less for the Wifi because it is Telkom and Openweb is just selling unique plans that work on their network for cheaper... the review is for Leon who helped me over a period of 2 days to get online again after much trouble finding the issue. In the end, it turns out that my smart fridge was inhibiting the siganl from my tower. You can imagine how specific that type of problem is to find out, so I am very greatful for the staff's patience in helping me to solve this because it had been a problem in the past with even MTN, but I could never findout what in the world was causing my signal to drop.
