Terrible service and misleading sales pitch

I signed up for an uncapped 10Mbps account that was free for the month for April to test it out. First day it was kinda ok, but then each day it got worse. By the 3rd day or so it was mostly useless and had to eventually switch back to my Afrihost 10Mbps capped account which ran perfectly again. I then proceeded to cancel the OpenWeb free account, but then they told me I had to give them 1 calendar's month notice, which means I have to pay for their useless internet service for the month of May even though I don't want it. That's my first problem and complaint.<br> <br> I then went to warn other users of this potential pitfall and their poor service on their Facebook page. 1 or 2 other people liked the comment and seemed to agree (1 of which was friend of mine and he had similar experiences with them). They then blocked me from further commenting and deleted my comment. They are hiding the fact that they are terrible and that it's not really free cause you have to pay at least 1 month regardless if it works for you or not.
