Terrible Internet Services

I have been using openweb for quite some time now and have been constantly experiencing extremely slow speeds. I have called in many times only to be told it would be seen to. I currently have an uncapped and unthrottled 2mbps line with them. I have been doing an update of 80 mb for an application and in the past 4 hours i have only downloaded 64 bytes!!! this is absolute nonsense i would not recommend openweb to anyone. a dial up connection would be faster than them. you should rather pay extra and go with its established competitors. the service is absolutely poor. i am cancelling at the end of this month.
