Terrible customer service and bad website

Product was OK, but when I wanted to cancel my service I had to jump through several hoops. The support ticket I made was rep**** to without emailing me so I had to manually check if there has been an update. Their website really needs to have the option to cancel a service, but it doesn't! Once I finally got a response to the ticket I was forced to personally create another ticket for cancelling, which they could easily have done for me by forwarding my support ticket to cancellations. Really unprofessional!
