Terrible ADSL Speeds

Your ADSL service is TERRIBLE. I subsribed to your home plus, uncaped, unshaped last week and the speeds are extremely slow. I broaght this to your attention shortly after subscibing and it's still not any better. I just cancelled the service. You basically just stole almost R500 from me. STAY AWAY FROM **********!!!!
