Support over weekend

<p>This weekend I had an issue with my ADSL account. I am using Openweb as an isp. I emailed them at 07:30 on Sunday morning with all the information about the issue. at 07:35 I received a reply mail with a solution. I did as what was asked of me and by 07:38 I was up and running! Support like this is rare.</p>
