*****ing your money

<p>I have been trying to cancel my account with openweb since August. They are a horrible ISP which just wants to take your money with arrogant staff that refuse to even give you their last names. i have phoned and mailed and every time i get some sort of feedback assuring me it will be sorted out. They take close to R1000 out of my account for a ****py 4mb line that gets over 200 ping to local servers so its the worst isp for online gaming. and whenever u have a ping problem they just say phone telkom and when telkom tests and finds no problems they say phone your ISP. STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!! I HAVE NOT USED YOUR SERVICE SINCE AUGUST </p> <p> </p>
