Stay far far away Shrek

Pathetic 5g service. I've only had the SIM card for 17 days, of which 12 were usable as Openweb had suspended my account, citing non- account payment (which was false), thereafter experiencing paltry speeds of 400Kbps to 10Mbps on a 5G Device capable of between 100 and 500Mbps. The support team did not really help much either as they state everything is fine from their side. I cannot afford downtime and to be rebooting the router every ten minutes just to get throughput while I put clients on hold during teleconferences. I am really disappointed.
