Stay clear of OpenWeb!

If you love your sanity, do not opt for their service as an internet provider. Wonderful point of sale but once you start having problems with connectivity you will find no contact number available to speak to a human. Imagine receiving e-mail response when you already lost wifi signal! You will need a back-up internet provider. I opted for 35mbps speed...it did not even reach 1!! All they said, thr sim was tested and the speed was as said...eventhough I have send several screenshots of speedtest done on their preferred onlune speed test. Upfront payment is required and you will have another forced month of deduction even if you want to return the product on 5he same day of receiving it.
