Slow internet and wrong billing.

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I ended my internet service with Openweb and ask them numerous times to top my account. I was paying R149 for for a 2 meg line. after my notice. they want me to pay R249 and are refusing to end my service and want me to pay for another month. regardless that I already gave notice a month ago and I am already using another internet service company. why should I pay for slow internet and why should I pay another month when I am not using openweb services anymore. They do not know what they are doing. Good luck to the rest of there customers for there service is s****ing good bad are getting bad and slow. Openweb must please delete all my info on there system for I do not want to do anything with them anymore.</span></p>
