Shocking service!!

What an absolute ****! After many interactions with their so called whatsapp support line where nothing EVER gets solved you receive a reply more than an hour later, I then decided to email the "Client Liaison Manager" like liaising with a brick wall! Sent Mr Dane Samuel email WITH ZERO response! And today I call the support number asking to speak to a manager only to be told they cannot transfer to a manager but I will be called . AFter an hour and a half I call back tell them how it is not acceptable ONLY for them to put the phone down in my ear and not answer another call! SO SO SO BAD!!!!!
