Shaping my account when they shouldn't be

I have a premium account with OpenWeb. It is an afterhours account. During office hours it is heavily throttled. I went with this account cause it is a premium account with no shaping and no fair usage policy. For that you pay heavily (R 1299) per month. Of late they shape my access.
