I have been dealing with Zelda today and her professionalism, patience and utter friendliness is such a welcoming experience. Thank you for the awesome experience and always being willing to help. These past few days have been super stressful with the constant power outages in KZN, so I am so glad to have a company that cares and gets back to me at all even though I do not have a super expensive plan with them. I never feel like I am talking to a brick wall unlike with my previous provider... let's not even go there 😅
