Refuse to Close Account

I have been trying to close my OpenWeb account for over a year. Mostly they simply ignore me or lie to me on the phone. It's impossible to get a straight answer out of them. My choice to leave them was because they kept miss billing me to begin with.<br> <br> I would strongly advise people to avoid this company.
