Ref [#***] Openweb

I had an out standing payment for Openweb internet services for the month of March,I then paid the amount requested but they refusing to reconnect me for the remaining days of this month. At first they told me I had outstanding payments for the month of November and January and yet I had provided them with proof of payments. It's only the 22nd of march today and we still have days to go before the 1st of April but they refuse to reconnect me and they have taken full amount but I'm not getting the services I've paid for . Kindly assist in this
