Pure theft! Stay away!

Openweb literally stole R800 from me. Paid them just over R8k by mistake (Totally my fault on this). They then offered to refund me the money but they would charge an admin fee of 10%. My transfer to them was free of fees (EFT) and so was theres on the way back (EFT) so this is a totally unjustified cost.
