Poor Service and Response

I recently purchased an Openweb account and the service is bad. In short, i barely have internet access.<br> <br> I have e-mailed them and submitted a ticket but no response from them.<br> <br> I can't cancel my account with them on their website.<br> <br> It seems I have to call my bank up, just to stop the debit orders going through. <br> <br> I guess I got what i paid for.
