**** poor LTE-A connectivity & ever worse customer service!

Absolute shocking service! We were with them for about 6 months on the fixed LTE-A service. The connectivity keeps dropping out and the speed tests showed <1 or 2 uploads speed. THEN.... try to get customer service on the line (their e-mails worked a bit better, but we need on-line help over phone) eventually we gave up trying to get hold of them and rather cancel our month-to-month contract for someone better...
