Patient and understanding staff is a pretty good mix if u ask me!

I have been webhosting with OW for close to a year now and can only give them the ravest of reviews. Their support team are prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, but most of all the friendliest team one and all I have spoken to. Their feedback is actually comprehensive for self-help, but they will also hold the hand of a non-techie like me, who needs someone patient to explain things to me. I had them call me eventually to help me get my domain set up and they were awesome!
